Chief Stewardess | 120ft Private Yacht | Live Aboard

 

We are recruiting a highly experienced Chief Stewardess for a well-run 120ft private yacht, based in Palm Beach / Fort Lauderdale.

 

The owner has recently purchased the yacht and is exceptionally detail-oriented, with very high standards for presentation, organisation, and service. They are looking for a confident, experienced chief stewardess to help set, implement, and maintain those standards from the outset. For the right candidate, this is an opportunity to take real ownership of the interior and build systems that will be valued and respected.

 

Vessel & Program

• Jamaican-flagged

• Fully private (no charter)

• Crew of 5

• Bahamas & Caribbean cruising in 2026

• Mediterranean season planned for 2027

• Owner usage approximately 2–3 times per month, with flexibility around travel

 

The Role

• Chief Stewardess, working closely with a Chef/Stew

• Responsible for setting and maintaining interior standards, service delivery, and organisation

• Hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys structure, detail, and consistency

• Start ASAP

• Permanent, live-aboard position

About the Opportunity

 

Kindred Culture Co. is proud to present a unique, full-time Head Bartender position with a prominent UHNW family based in Kansas City. This is a hands-on, service-forward role supporting bar operations across several exclusive private properties and venues.

 

The successful candidate will work across an exceptional range of environments, including:

 

  • A private suite inside a major sports stadium

  • Multiple bar locations at a private ranch

  • A prestigious private golf & country club

  • Private family residences

 

Travel to additional homes in Colorado and Arizona may be required.

 

This role is designed for someone who thrives in refined, fast-paced, luxury environments and brings a polished, guest-focused presence to every service moment.

 

 

What You’ll Be Doing

 

You will serve as the family’s lead bartender across all properties, ensuring each venue reflects consistency, excellence, and elevated guest experience. Responsibilities include:

 

  • Hands-on bartending for private events and high-profile guests

  • Maintaining consistent service standards and SOPs across all locations

  • Overseeing alcohol and supply inventory; managing restock and ordering

  • Creating seasonal cocktail menus and specialty beverage offerings

  • Training and supporting staff in luxury-level bar service

  • Assisting with staff coordination and scheduling where needed

  • Upholding bar appearance, cleanliness, workflow, and productivity protocols

  • Working collaboratively with associates across multiple venues

  • Experience in luxury hospitality, private estates, high-end F&B, or yachting

Kindred Culture Co. is seeking a team of freelance stewards/stewardesses with yacht-level experience to deliver exceptional service and housekeeping across a portfolio of luxury rental properties, primarily in the Cotswolds. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in refined, high-end environments and who want to bring the standards of yacht-level hospitality to land-based luxury homes throughout the year.

 

You’ll work across a variety of unique estates and luxury holiday homes, supporting guests and property managers to ensure every stay is delivered with flawless presentation, attention to detail, and a service ethos that exceeds expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

You will be responsible for:

 

  • Providing impeccable housekeeping and service that reflects yacht-level standards

  • Preparing properties for guest arrivals and ensuring they are kept pristine throughout stays

  • Managing laundry, inventory, and service to luxury standards

  • Delivering personalised guest service, anticipating needs and enhancing the guest experience

  • Coordinating with property teams, owners, and external partners where required

  • Adhering to property standards, security protocols, and service procedures
