HOUSEKEEPER | HNW PRIVATE RESIDENCE

Delray Beach, Florida | Full Time

Candidates must be legally authorised to work in the United States.

We are seeking an exceptional, highly polished Housekeeper for a private HNW residence in Delray Beach. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for a true professional who takes pride in immaculate standards, discretion, and operating within a high-expectation private environment.

​

This role would be particularly well suited to an experienced Chief Stewardess or senior yacht interior crew member looking to transition to a land-based position while maintaining yacht-level standards.

​

Role Overview

You will be responsible for maintaining the residence to an exceptional standard of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation. The principal values attention to detail, professionalism, and a proactive mindset. This is a trusted position within a private home environment where discretion and consistency are essential.

The schedule is generally Monday to Friday, approximately 9am–5pm, with flexibility when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full charge housekeeping to yacht-level standards

  • Detailed cleaning, organisation, and upkeep of all interior spaces

  • Wardrobe care, laundry, and fabric management

  • Ensuring the home is guest-ready at all times

  • Working independently while maintaining clear communication with the principal

  • Upholding strict confidentiality and professional boundaries

DECK / MATE | 120FT PRIVATE MOTOR YACHT


West Palm Beach Based | Full Time | Live Aboard


We are recruiting a hands-on, high-performing Deck / Mate for a 120ft private motor yacht based in West Palm Beach, with cruising plans including the Bahamas, Caribbean and Mediterranean. This is a key position onboard, working closely with the Captain to maintain exceptional standards across all deck, navigation and operational duties.


This program values pride in presentation, strong work ethic and attention to detail. The right candidate will genuinely care about maintaining yacht-level standards and contributing to a professional, positive onboard environment.


Role Overview
You will support the Captain in the safe and efficient running of the vessel, ensuring the exterior is kept to an impeccable standard and all deck operations are executed smoothly. This is an active role requiring strong seamanship, solid navigation knowledge and the ability to assist with engineering oversight and preventative maintenance when needed.

• Assist with navigation, passage planning and watchkeeping
• Manage anchoring, docking and tender operations
• Maintain immaculate exterior presentation and detailing
• Ensure decks, teak and equipment are consistently kept to a high standard

We are recruiting an experienced, highly detail-oriented Captain for a 120ft private yacht operating out of West Palm Beach. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a seasoned maritime professional with a strong engineering background and a disciplined, proactive approach to vessel management.

​

The vessel will cruise the Bahamas and Caribbean this year, with Mediterranean plans next season. This position requires a minimum 200 Ton license and a Captain capable of maintaining exceptional operational, safety, and presentation standards across multiple cruising grounds.

Role Overview

This is an active command role, not a ceremonial position. You will be responsible for the safe operation, navigation, and full oversight of the vessel, crew leadership, maintenance standards, compliance, and guest experience. The ideal candidate will combine technical competence with calm authority and a high level of discretion appropriate to a private HNW program.

• Full command and safe navigation of a 120ft private yacht

HEAD BARTENDER | UHNW PRIVATE PROPERTIES

Kansas City–based | Full-time

We are recruiting a highly polished, experienced Head Bartender to take full ownership of bar operations across a portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth private properties, including a private ranch and a country club. This is a hands-on, guest-facing role suited to someone who genuinely loves being behind the bar, leading by example, and delivering exceptional service at the highest level.

This position requires someone who is already based in, or willing to relocate to, Kansas City. The role also requires flexibility to occasionally stay at the ranch during busy periods, late nights, or back-to-back events, with a private bedroom and ensuite bathroom within high-quality staff accommodation.

Role Overview

This is not an administrative or desk-based position. You will be actively pouring drinks, engaging with guests, maintaining immaculate bar presentation, and managing bar staff on shift. You will be the visible lead of the bar operation and expected to own the space, standards, and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Head Bartender across UHNW private properties, including a private ranch and country club

• Deliver exceptional, polished, guest-facing bar service at all times

• Lead, manage, and support bar staff during service

• Maintain the bar to impeccable standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation

• Be heavily involved in inventory control and stock awareness (ordering handled elsewhere)

• Ensure discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism when working with HNW and UHNW guests

• Step in confidently during high-pressure service periods and events

• Take full ownership of the bar environment, standards, and flow of service

• Experienced in high-end or luxury bartending environments

This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in refined, high-end environments and who want to bring the standards of yacht-level hospitality to land-based luxury homes throughout the year.

 

You’ll work across a variety of unique estates and luxury holiday homes, supporting guests and property managers to ensure every stay is delivered with flawless presentation, attention to detail, and a service ethos that exceeds expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

You will be responsible for:

 

  • Providing impeccable housekeeping and service that reflects yacht-level standards

  • Preparing properties for guest arrivals and ensuring they are kept pristine throughout stays

  • Managing laundry, inventory, and service to luxury standards

  • Delivering personalised guest service, anticipating needs and enhancing the guest experience
