Terms & Conditions for Recruitment and Placement Services

1. Scope of Services — We provide recruitment, placement, and concierge services across the luxury hospitality, private estate, and yachting industries.

2. Payment Terms — Fees are due within 7 days of invoice once the candidate signs their employment contract or commences the position, whichever occurs first.

3. Candidate Accuracy & Work Authorization — We rely on information provided by candidates and third-party references. It is the employer’s sole responsibility to ensure the candidate has the legal right to work in the relevant country or region.

4. Cancellation Policy — Cancellation within 48 hours of start date: 100% fee. Termination/resignation within 2 weeks of start: full fee. Within 1 month: 50%. One free replacement within 30 days if invoices are paid and job scope unchanged.

5. Liability — We act solely as an introducer. We accept no liability for loss, damage, or injury caused by any candidate.

6. Confidentiality — All information exchanged shall be treated as confidential.

7. Governing Law — Governed by UK law.

General Terms & Conditions

1. General — These apply to all services by Kindred Culture Co LLC including Concierge and CV/Career Coaching.

2. Concierge Services — Travel, lifestyle management, staffing, events, property rentals. 50% deposit required. Cancellations within 48 hours: 25% fee. Third-party costs billed separately.

3. CV & Career Coaching — CV/cover letter writing, interview prep, coaching, LinkedIn optimization. Full payment upfront. 1 free revision within 7 days. 24-hour cancellation required for coaching sessions. No guarantees on placement outcomes.

4. Limitation of Liability — Not liable for losses from third-party failures, misrepresentation, or force majeure.

5. Confidentiality — All client data handled with strict confidentiality.

6. Governing Law — UK and US law depending on service location.
